The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Estimator with 1–2 years of experience in residential construction. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs and costings for a range of residential projects, supporting both the construction and sales teams.
About You:
- 1-2 years in a production estimating or cost planning role with medium density/ townhouse exp
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Building Standards, Council and Covenant requirements
- Proficient in DataBuild and MS Suite
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for delivering clear and concise communication to internal and external clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A GREAT attitude is a must!
