An established name in the construction space has launched a specialist Fit-Out Division – and we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to come on board at the ground level.

The Requirements:
- BSc Construction Management or similar industry relevent qualification
- 2+ years experience with a commercial construction or fit out company in WA
- Experience with Procore & CHEOPS desired but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Australian Permanent Residents only.
Accountabilities:
- Assist in managing end-to-end project delivery across commercial and retail fit-out projects
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure time, budget, and quality targets are met
- Oversee and manage contract administration and compliance
- Scoping and letting of sub-contractor packages
- Generate routine reports detailing the current status of the project program and cost reporting
- Effectively liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and key stakeholders
