Key Responsibilities
- Perform abrasive blasting for surface preparation and priming
- Apply protective and industrial coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers
- Select suitable materials for each project based on surface requirements
- Conduct quality checks to ensure a high standard of finish
- Maintain equipment and report defects promptly
- Comply with all site and safety standards
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in painting/blasting
- Proven ability operating blasting equipment and industrial coatings
- Strong understanding of surface prep and protective coating processes
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
- EWP High-Risk Licence
- Confined Spaces (Desirable)
- Working at Heights (Desirable)
- White Card
