Our client specializes in 3-4 level high end apartments, industrial business parks, schools and other commercial projects - they are looking for an experienced service tech to join their tight knight crew.
Main office is based out of Burwood - and work is throughout Eastern Suburbs & Melbourne CBD.
Key responsibilities include:
- servicing HVAC systems across apartment and commercial sites
- Working closely with the mechanical team on apartment and commercial construction projects
- Managing small scopes of work independently
- Coordinating with builders, project managers and site teams
- Assisting with commissioning, testing and fault finding
- Keeping to a high standard for quality and safety on-site
- Trade qualification as an HVAC/Air Conditioning Mechanic
- Experience on apartment or commercial construction projects, or a willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- A proactive approach and pride in your workmanship
- Reliable, professional and ready for an immediate start
