About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects. You will manage design, procurement, subcontractors, and site delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC projects from concept through to commissioning
- Liaise with builders, engineers, consultants, and clients
- Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and schedules to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Provide technical input during design and construction phases
- Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all projects
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design, and installation processes
- Experience working for a D&C contractor highly regarded
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant trade or engineering qualifications in Mechanical / HVAC
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
