The Builder:
- A company with over a century of years industry exposure and a true Victoria industry leader in the commercial construction space.
- Projects varying in size, valuing anywhere up to $50m.
- Excellent history of delivering complex projects in the commercial, education and health sectors.
- Roaming HSEQ Coordinator - projects situated throughout regional Victoria – mainly Shepparton.
- Split week consisting of travelling to multiple sites projects valuing up to $50m.
- Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, site safety protocols, and company HSEQ policies.
- Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HSE issues promptly and effectively.
- Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company HSEQ Manager/Site managers to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
- Review sub-contractor SWMS.
- Lead comprehensive on-site safety audits: Identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s
- 3 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
- Minimum Certificate 4 in OHS/WHS.
- MUST have experience using Hammertech
- Ideally have commercial construction knowledge.
