Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an organised and proactive HSEQ Administrator to support the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality function across multiple projects.
Working closely with the HSEQ team and project stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting project documentation, and ensuring systems and processes are kept up to date.
The Role:
- Head office-based position, Monday – Friday standard office hours.
- Office conveniently based in the inner east CBD postcode, with paid parking available.
- Maintain HSEQ documentation, registers, and project records.
- Assist with site onboarding, inductions, and training administration.
- Coordinate and track licences, competencies, and certifications.
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action tracking.
- Assist with internal audits and compliance reporting.
- Manage document control within company systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ and project teams.
- Previous experience in an administration role within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or a similar industry.
- Ideally a Certificate 4 in OHS/WHS.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exposure to safety, quality, environmental, or compliance processes will be highly regarded.
