  • Manage a team of on-site advisors, up to 6 currently in Victoria.
  • Lead risk assessments and ensure effective risk management practices across the business and its entities.
  • Oversee incident management and investigation processes.
  • Partner with HR to coordinate OHS training and induction programs for employees and management.
  • Drive Return to Work initiatives and manage workers' compensation claims.
  • Conduct and coordinate safety, quality, and environmental audits for project sites.
  • Maintain and manage essential HSE databases, including training, incident logs, non-conformance reports, and risk registers.
  • Lead and manage ISO accreditation audits for the organisation.

Must Have:

  • Ideally have proven experience within a safety managers position in the civil infrastructure space.
  • In-depth knowledge of OHS/WHS legislative framework, including relevant Acts, regulations, and risk management concepts.
  • Ability to travel for work both within Victoria or interstate (when required)
