The Company:
- Tier 3 Commercial builder, delivering projects up to $15m.
- Over 10 years within the Melbourne commercial construction market.
- Successfully delivered multiple projects including Education, Commercial, Sports & Recreation, Fit out and multi residential builds.
- Head office centrally based in Melbourne with projects located throughout the Melbourne Metro (Mainly SE + Northen suburbs)
The Role:
- Hybrid role, split of head office and site-based duties.
- Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
- Assisting with site establishment.
- Directly report to/collaboratively work with the company HSEQ Manager to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
- Daily use of Hammertech to continually upkeep safety protocols.
- Review sub-contractor SWMS.
- Assisting with leading and managing ISO accreditation audits for the organisation.
- Conduct site safety audits/walks.
- Raising observations with site teams and assisting to close out where required.
- Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s.
Must have:
- 3 years+ experience in a similar HSEQ role (minimum Coordination level).
- Exceptional experience using Hammertech and must be IT literate.
- Great written and verbal communication.
- Minimum of Certificate 4 in OHS.
- Experience working within construction (Commercial experience highly regarded).
