- HSE advisor
- The focus to be covering predominately multiple projects within Brisbane City, with the expectation of handling up to 3 projects at any given time.
- Expertly utilising Hammertech to update and maintain site safety procedures.
- Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, site safety protocols, and company HSE policies.
- Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HSEQ issues promptly and effectively.
- Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company HSE Manager/Site managers to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
- Review sub-contractor SWMS.
- Lead comprehensive on-site safety audits: Identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality control and rectification.
- Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s
- 3 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
- Minimum Certificate 4 in OHS.
- MUST HAVE experience within the Commercial construction industry.
- Access to a vehicle for travelling purposes.
