We’re looking for experienced Heavy Machine Operators
to join leading civil contractors delivering subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and infrastructure projects across North & Western Melbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled operators across Excavators and Moxy Dump Trucks
who are seeking consistent, long-term work with genuine career progression opportunities.
We have multiple sites in Werribee, Melton,Caroline Springs,Donnybrook and Craigieburn

Your Day-to-Day Duties:
• Operating Excavators for bulk earthworks, trenching, services, road boxing, and site preparation
• Operating Moxy Dump Trucks in subdivision and bulk earthworks environments
• Working alongside civil crews and trades to complete projects efficiently
• Maintaining plant and equipment to site and safety standards
• Typical hours: 7:00am–5:00pm, 5–6 days per week
What You’ll Need:
• Proven experience operating Excavators and/or Moxy Dump Trucks on civil projects
• White Card
• Relevant VOCs or plant tickets
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
• Ability to work in fast-paced subdivision environments
