The Role:
Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high-end apartment project, with a particular focus on the façade package.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating façade trades on site
- Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with project documentation
- Interpreting plans, specifications, and relevant building regulations
- Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
- Managing material deliveries, plant, and equipment requirements
- Assisting with programme management and maintaining construction schedules
- Conducting quality assurance inspections and ensuring workmanship standards are achieved
- Maintaining a safe and productive site environment
To be considered, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as a Foreman with a multi-residential builder
- Exposure to architectural or high-end residential projects (highly regarded)
- Proven experience delivering projects valued up to $20M
- Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
- A trade background, with carpentry highly regarded
- Experience working around tower cranes and complex logistics
- Confidence managing tight-access construction sites
- A track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard
