Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
- Drive site safety compliance and ensure OH&S standards are maintained
- Monitor construction programme and assist in achieving project milestones
- Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions
- Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, consultants and trades
- Ensure quality assurance standards and defect minimisation
- Manage site logistics, deliveries and workforce coordination
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
- Promote strong site culture, productivity and communication
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Manager across commercial and industrial projects
- Previous experience delivering large-scale builds such as data centres, warehouses, hospitals, manufacturing facilities or major commercial developments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and work to tight deadlines
- Current First Aid Certificate essential
- Relevant building qualifications required
- Strong understanding of Australian construction and safety standards
