An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Fitout Foreman / Site Manager to join a leading national commercial fitout contractor on a 12-week contract, commencing immediately. The project officially kicks off 20th July, so we're seeking candidates who are available to start now.

This 10-week commercial fitout will be delivered within a live occupied environment and involves relocating the existing tenant to another area within the building before completing the fitout works. Previous experience working within live environments and managing stakeholder expectations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Site establishment and day-to-day site management.
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities.
- Programming and monitoring weekly construction schedules.
- Conducting site inductions and ensuring WHS compliance.
- Coordinating deliveries, logistics and site access.
- Monitoring quality, programme and productivity.
- Managing works within a live operational environment.
- Liaising with clients, consultants and project management teams.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Fitout Foreman or Site Manager.
- Proven commercial fitout experience across offices, retail, health and institutional projects.
- Strong understanding of data and communications services.
- Ability to coordinate works within live environments with minimal disruption.
- Excellent communication, planning and leadership skills.
- Current White Card (additional tickets highly regarded).
- QBCC Licence
