With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, I am seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join their team in Fitzroy on an 8–12 month contract role, overseeing the delivery of high-quality internal and external finishes on a landmark commercial project.

You will oversee daily site activities during the finishes stage, drive programme outcomes, manage subcontractors, and ensure defects are minimised ahead of handover. Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Team, you will play a key role in achieving project milestones and maintaining quality throughout the final delivery stages.
To Be Considered To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess;
- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman or Site Supervisor/Manager within commercial construction
- Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builders
- Strong finishes experience across sectors including commercial, education, health, industrial and/or apartments
- Excellent coordination and subcontractor management skills
- Strong understanding of QA processes and defect management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction programmes
- Confidence using construction management systems and software
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
