An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Finance & Accounts Coordinator to join a well-established and growing business operating within the electrical, civil, and infrastructure sector. Known for delivering high-quality project outcomes and maintaining strong long-term client relationships, the company has built a reputable presence across commercial and project-based works throughout Victoria.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
• Processing supplier invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations
• Assisting with payroll administration and employee reimbursements
• Supporting cash flow reporting, journals, and financial reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end reporting and compliance documentation
• Maintaining accurate financial records and finance system data
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and operational teams
• Supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives across finance operations

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a similar finance/accounts role
• Strong experience across AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial administration
• Exposure to payroll support and Xero preferred
• Strong Excel and financial systems capability
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience within construction, electrical, trades, civil, or project-based industries highly regarded
