Experienced Foreman required for a growing fabrication business in Dandenong. Permanent day shift role overseeing a growing team, predominantly off the tools.

As a Foreman, you will oversee a busy fabrication workshop, managing day-to-day production across welding, structural steel, and general fabrication. You’ll lead an established yet growing team, ensuring workflow is efficient, production targets are met, and high standards of safety and quality are maintained.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor within fabrication/manufacturing
- Strong background in steel fabrication and welding environments
- Experience managing medium to large teams on the workshop floor
- Ability to drive productivity and meet tight production deadlines
- Solid understanding of workplace health & safety practices
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
