Due to ramp up from one of our key civil clients - Fetch are seeking experienced excavator operators across the northern regions. With ongoing work ahead, they aim to establish a reliable and skilled crew to maintain high standards of quality throughout the project.
Site Locations: Multiple sites North of Adelaide including Gawler, Angle Vale, Munno Parra, Edinburgh, Globe Derby and Taperoo
What you will be doing
- Operating 15t - 50t excavator & other machines if experienced
- Bulk earthworks, rock breaking, loading trucks and site clean-up
- Trenching, backfilling, detailed excavation and final trim
- Working with and assisting multiple trades and sub-contractors
- Penalty rates with 10 - 12 hour days and weekend work
- Experience working with different materials and conditions
Skills and experience
- Strong background in excavator operating, ideally on subdivision and civil projects
- Preferred experience operating machines with GPS Topcon, Trimble or UTS system
- Australian Driver’s license and own transport
- White Card & Plant tickets *tickets preferred however we can VOC if experienced*
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow directions.
- Eye for detail and pride in work
- OHS focussed
