You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, developing detailed project schedules, managing procurement and quoting processes, and supporting contract administration to ensure seamless project delivery. Working closely with site teams, procurement, and contract administrators, you’ll help keep projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities
- Develop and manage construction schedules using industry-standard software
- Manage procurement activities and obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontractor agreements
- Liaise with suppliers and trades to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Monitor project progress against budgets and timelines
- Maintain and update estimating and procurement databases
- Proven experience in Top End residential or commercial construction estimating, scheduling, and procurement
- Strong contract administration and quoting skills
- Proficiency with estimating, scheduling, and procurement software
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
