We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join this growing business on a full-time, work-from-home basis, with the occassional site visit.
This is a great opportunity for an estimator who is confident working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is experienced using Cubit estimating software.
About the role:
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and take-offs
- Review plans, specifications and project requirements
- Develop detailed project pricing and cost estimates
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as required
- Manage multiple estimates and deadlines
- Work closely with the wider team to support successful project delivery
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry on projects to the value of $10 million
- Strong experience using Cubit
- Excellent understanding of construction costs, materials and processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage your workload independently while working remotely
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commercial construction experience is essential
- Work From Home, with occassional site visit
