You’ll play a key role in the pre-contracts function, preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Complete accurate quantity take-offs from engineering drawings
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Review and analyse quotes, identifying risks and value opportunities
- Contribute to tender strategy and overall bid quality
- 2–5 years’ experience in civil estimating
- Proven exposure to civil construction projects
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- High attention to detail with a proactive and driven approach
- $130k – $160k++
