- A commercial carpentry division, supporting a range of repeat commercial clients Known for quality, strong systems, and a collaborative culture, the business is entering a new growth phase on the residential side. This newly created role will play a key part in supporting that expansion.
Based on the Mornington Peninsula, this role will suit someone local or who lives nearby & who values work–life balance without compromising on project quality.

The Role
As Estimator, you’ll work across both sides of the business, with a strong focus on high-end residential projects. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate, well-considered estimates and supporting the team as the residential arm scales up. This role offers real scope to grow, diversify, and progress as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for high-end residential builds
- Support commercial carpentry estimating as required
- Work closely with directors and project delivery teams
- Review plans, specifications, and consultant documentation
- Use Wunderbuild to manage estimating workflows
- Assist with cost planning as the residential division scales
About You
- Proven experience as an Estimator in high-end residential construction (essential)
- Exposure to commercial carpentry or mixed-use projects (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and finishes
- Confident working in a small team and wearing multiple hats
- Comfortable using construction software (Wunderbuild experience ideal)
- Ideally based on or near the Mornington Peninsula
