Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Epoxy Flooring Specialist for an ongoing temp-to-perm role with one of our long-standing commercial flooring clients based in Melbourne’s South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable work with room to grow.
About the Role:
- Work across aged care facilities, office fit-outs, and commercial buildings
- Apply a range of epoxy systems including flake, grind & seal, and self-leveling coatings
- Duties include surface preparation, moisture barriers, mixing resins, and applying finishes
- Full-time hours with immediate start
- Proven experience in epoxy flooring, ideally in commercial environments
- Strong prep and application skills with attention to detail
- White Card and full PPE
- Current driver’s license and reliable transport
- Able to work independently and meet site expectations
