The Role
As Electrical Site Manager, you will oversee daily site operations, managing subcontractors, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring work is delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining compliance, and ensuring seamless delivery of large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electrical teams and subcontractors on site
- Coordinate installation programs in line with project schedules
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards
- Liaise with builders, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth delivery
- Report on progress, risks, and site requirements to project management
About You
- Trade-qualified electrician with site management experience
- Proven background delivering electrical works on large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and OH&S requirements
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
