- Motor Control Centre Design, Test & Installation
- Motor Starter design and application, DOL, S-D, VSD, Soft Starter etc
- Site Electrical Safety Audits
- Automation
- Process control cubicle design
- PLC system interface design
- Reading and understanding P&IDs
- Generating Functional Descriptions
- Determining I/O Requirements
- AB and Siemens PLC configuration/programming
- HMI and SCADA configuration/programming
- Vision, robotic systems configuration/programming
- FAT, SAT and Commissioning activities
- Machine Guarding
- Design, equipment selection, implementation of basic safety relay circuits in accordance with AS4024.1 series of standards
- Knowledge of the Code of Practise
- Knowledge of the NOHSC Plant Code
- Undertake safety audits
- Process Safety
- Electrical representation at Process HAZOP studies and CHAZOP Please note: In order to be successfully shortlisted you MUST be a registered professional engineer and able to sign off design.
