The Role

Based out of the Laverton office, you'll split your time between the office and project sites, working closely with operational teams to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance are maintained.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing day-to-day EHS/OHS support across multiple projects.
  • Conducting site inspections, audits and safety observations.
  • Leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Managing WorkCover and Return to Work processes.
  • Reviewing risk assessments, SWMS and safety documentation.
  • Supporting compliance with relevant WHS legislation and company procedures.
  • Delivering toolbox talks and promoting a proactive safety culture.
  • Preparing reports and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Occasional interstate travel to support projects across Australia.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
  • Previous experience as an EHS, HSE or OHS Advisor.
  • Experience within construction, industrial, engineering or a similar environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian WHS legislation.
  • Experience with WorkCover, incident investigations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to influence and engage site teams.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence.
