DIDO / BIBO / Residential – 2/1 Roster (Days and Nights)
$55 per hour (based on 12.5-hour shifts, paid) + Superannuation + Weekly Pay

Fetch Mining Services are seeking experienced Production Dump Truck Operators for a newly established gold mine in the Goldfields region. This represents a unique opportunity to join a brand-new site from the outset and contribute to its ongoing development and growth.

This is a residential role with DIDO/BIBO options from Kalgoorlie. Camp accommodation is available if required, or you can return home each night.
The Opportunity
- 2/1 roster – Day shift / Night shift rotations
- DIDO / BIBO from Kalgoorlie (no interstate flights required)
- Immediate starts available
- $55 per hour
- 12.5-hour shifts (paid)
- Operating CAT 777 and 785 dump trucks
- Production environment – loaded by excavators and loaders
- Long-term ongoing work
- Opportunity for permanency after 3 months
- Backed by an established mining company delivering a new gold project
- Genuine opportunities to upskill and transition to other machinery
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6 months experience in a production dump truck role
- Proven experience operating 777, 785 or larger haul trucks
- Strong production background, with experience working to targets in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated experience operating large heavy machinery in a site-based mining setting
- Clean Police Clearance
- Current Driver's Licence
- WA-based candidates only
- Ability to provide 2 recent contactable references
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to complete all medical requirements within Western Australia
- Ability to BIBO from the Kalgoorlie workshop
- Ability to complete online inductions
- Available to commence as soon as possible
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude essential
