We are currently working with x3 respected engineering and fabrication businesses with a strong presence across Brisbane. Due to ongoing project growth, we are seeking multiple experienced Draftspersons to join their expanding design teams.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for producing detailed fabrication drawings, interpreting specifications, and coordinating with engineers and workshop teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and modify detailed fabrication and workshop drawings
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Fabrication and manufacturing drawing experience (essential)
- Proficiency with drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Tekla, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Permanent, stable employment with immediate starts available
- $80K–$110K + super (based on experience)
