We are seeking a highly skilled Draftsperson to join a leading custom home builder based in Leederville, specialising in the design and delivery of premium, architecturally designed homes ranging from $1 million to $7 million.

About the Role You will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed and compliant working drawings for high-end custom homes. This role works closely with our design team, estimators, and construction department to ensure every project flows seamlessly from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality working drawings for luxury custom homes
- Interpret architectural concepts and bring them to life in detailed documentation
- Liaise with designers, engineers, consultants and construction staff
- Ensure drawings meet NCC, BCA, and local council requirements
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all documentation
- Assist with design refinement and practical construction solutions
- Proven experience drafting custom, architecturally designed homes
- Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing and residential building codes
- High proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit or similar)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining precision
- A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate clearly with both design and construction teams
- Work on prestige, one-off luxury homes
