Fetch Mining Services is currently recruiting experienced Production Dump Truck Operators for a brand new gold mine in the Goldfields region. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established site from the ground up and build your career as the project grows.
We are seeking motivated, reliable operators based in Kalgoorlie who are looking for long-term, stable work with excellent earning potential and genuine opportunities for advancement.
The Role Offers
- 2/1 roster – rotating days and nights
- DIDO / BIBO from Kalgoorlie (no interstate travel or flights required)
- Residential option with camp accommodation available or return home nightly
- $55 per hour for 12.5-hour shifts (paid)
- Operation of CAT 777 and 785 dump trucks
- Production environment – loaded by excavators and loaders
- Long-term ongoing position with permanency offered after 3 months
- Strong focus on upskilling and progression to other machinery
- Backed by an established mining company delivering a new gold project
What We Require
- Minimum 6 months experience in a production dump truck role
- Proven operating experience on CAT 777, 785 or larger trucks
- Solid production background working to targets in fast-paced mining environments
- Demonstrated experience on large heavy machinery in a site-based setting
- Clean Police Clearance
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- WA-based candidates only
- Ability to provide 2 recent, contactable references
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Successful drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to complete all medicals within Western Australia
- Must be able to BIBO from the Kalgoorlie workshop
- Completion of online inductions
- Available to commence work ASAP
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
