Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking Experienced Watercart Operators
for immediate starts across Daunia Mine, Peak Downs Mine
and Blackwater.
If you have solid mine site experience and are confident operating watercarts on haul roads and active production areas — we want to hear from you.
This is a great opportunity to secure consistent ongoing work on a lifestyle 7/7 roster with competitive rates.
Position Details:
• 7/7 Rotating Roster
• 12-hour shifts (Day Shift)
• $55–$60/hr Casual (based on experience)
• FIFO ex-Brisbane or DIDO options available
• Immediate start
• Camp accommodation & meals provided onsite
Key Responsibilities:
• Operating watercarts for dust suppression on haul roads
• Maintaining road conditions in active mining environments
• Working closely with graders and production crews
• Conducting daily pre-starts and maintaining equipment
• Following site safety and compliance procedures
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years’ Watercart experience in a mining environment
• HR Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Bulk Water Ticket (highly regarded)
• Current Standard 11 (Statement of Attainment)
• Current Coal Board Medical
• Strong safety focus and team attitude
