Fetch Recruitment is seeking experienced excavator operators to join our team on multiple ongoing projects across Melbourne's north.

What you’ll be doing
- Trimming verge and road reserves to finish level
- Bulk earth work and stock pilling
- Box outs for kerb, crossover, or service trenches
- Cutting to levels for stormwater, sewer, or NBN conduits
- Working around live services or completed sections of the subdivision
- Supporting pipe crews or drainage teams by spot digging
- Back fill trenches and other earthworks areas to spec
- Trim batters and pads for final inspections or compaction
- Carry out clean-up cuts around services and structures like pits, manholes, or retaining walls
What’s on offer
- $42-45 per hour (depending on experience)
- Travel allowance – $21.94 per day
- Meal allowance – $18.51 (after 9.5hrs worked)
- Long-term work with real job security
- Supplied PPE.
What we’re looking for
- White Card (Essential)
- Plant/machinery tickets (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence + reliable transport
- 5 + years previous experience
- Willingness to do a D&A test
