About the Role:
You’ll be operating a float truck, managing the loading, transport, and unloading of large plant and equipment such as profilers, rollers, pavers, and earthmoving machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling heavy loads, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance at all times.

- Load and unload machinery including pavers, rollers, profilers, and earthmoving equipment
- Conduct pre-start checks and maintain float in safe, working condition
- Follow transport routes and site instructions with accuracy and professionalism
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with company and WHS requirements
- Proven experience as a Float / Heavy Haulage Driver within construction or civil environments
- Experience loading and securing heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Current HC or MC licence(essential)
- White Card and strong understanding of site safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a small team
