- Working within a team to meet project targets safely and efficiently
- White Card(essential)
- Experience in civil or subdivision works
- Machine tickets and VOCs(highly regarded)
- Reliable licence and transport – some sites are remote
- Strong safety awareness and a solid work ethic
- Ongoing work, 10-hour days / 5–6 days per week
- Pay increases as milestones are achieved
