A leading Civil Construction company is looking for skilled Civil Labourers to join their crew on upcoming subdivision projects across Melbourne’s south‑east in 2026. We’re seeking reliable, safety‑minded workers with hands‑on experience in civil labouring who take pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general labouring duties including trenching, spotting, and site clean‑up.
- Assist operators, pipelayers, and trades with daily tasks on site.
- Operate small tools and equipment safely, such as compactors and quick‑cuts.
- Support road and drainage crews to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain site safety standards and follow supervisor directions at all times.
- Previous experience in civil construction — subdivisions.
- Good understanding of site safety, trenching, and traffic management.
- Ability to work well in teams and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for hands‑on site work.
- Construction White Card (essential).
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Civil labouring or construction experience preferred.
- Additional plant or traffic control tickets highly regarded.
- Competitive hourly rate with penalties, travel, and super.
