THE COMPANY and ROLE
  • A developer/builder with a great portfolio of multi-residential and industrial projects
  • Two new medium rise apartment projects commencing in 2026 - they are seeking to strengthen their CA team
  • First class systems and processes
THE DUTIES
  • Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
  • Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
  • Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
THE ROLE & REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience as a Contract Administrator within the apartment/multi residential sector in Australia,
  • Strong ability to scope, negotiate and let trade packages, administer subcontract agreements and prepare monthly cost and project reports. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent.
