THE ROLES & REQUIREMENTS
- #1 - $40m apartment (Richmond base) supporting a site based PM with strong commercial grounding – would suit up and coming CA
- #2 - $25m apartment (Ivanhoe base) supporting a PM who will be spread across two projects – would suit individual with career CA focus.
- Both roles require individuals with experience as a Contract Administrator within the apartment/multi residential sector in Australia, ideally with a network of local subcontractors and understanding of rates
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent.
THE DUTIES
- Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
