- Tier 3 builder working on projects to $30m – they also have their own developments they are building to supplement these projects.

- Three $20m+ projects commencing in the next six months – seeking an experienced CA to lead one of these
- D&C projects – office block, mixed use development and new shopping centre.
- You will required ample experience as a CA on commercial build projects, Cheops experience would be preferred.
- Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
