I am currently seeking three experienced Contract Administrators for immediate start, working with a well-established large commercial builder delivering projects up to $5M.
These projects include a mix of new builds, remedial insurance works, and loss-related construction, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing insurance and construction claims
- Preparing and submitting progress claims and invoices
- Reporting on project financials and progress
- Assessment writing and submission of documentation
- Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Supporting project delivery across multiple sites as required
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role
- Strong background in commercial construction
- Experience with claims, reporting, and financial administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Immediately available to commence
- Current Victorian driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle(site travel may be required)
