We’re working with a well-established commercial builder delivering a strong pipeline of institutional projects across Perth, typically ranging from $8M to $30M.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator looking to step into a well-supported team environment, working alongside a highly experienced Project Manager and Site Manager who will mentor and develop your career.
The Role You’ll play a key role across both office and site, with projects primarily located south of the river. This is a balanced position offering variety and real project exposure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Letting and managing trade packages
- Subcontractor negotiations and procurement
- Cost tracking and forecasting
- Progress claims and variations
- Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Experience as a CA on commercial or institutional builds($8M+)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident dealing with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Well-organised with good commercial awareness
- Team player who enjoys being both in the office and on site
- Work alongside highly experienced leaders who will invest in your development
- Clear progression pathway into Senior CA or Project Manager
