A well-established commercial builder/developer is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team. Specialising in apartment and hotel developments , this business delivers high-quality commercial projects and has built a strong reputation for professional project delivery and paying subcontractors on time — meaning less hassle and smoother project management for you.

The Role
- Manage contracts across commercial building projects including apartments and hotels
- Project values ranging up to $80M
(experience on projects from $15M+
considered)
- Contract administration from procurement through to final accounts
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders
- Review variations, progress claims, and cost reporting
- Use Procore
for project management and documentation
- Attend site 2–3 times per week
to support project delivery
- Monday to Friday role
- Office-based position 10 minutes from Perth CBD
- Strong pipeline of commercial developments

- Experience on commercial building projects (apartments, hotels, or similar)
- Exposure to projects valued $15M and above
- Experience using Procore

- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
