We are currently partnering with a reputable Perth-based commercial builder that has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, government, education, retail/shopping centre, hospitality, and transport sectors in the Perth Metro region.
Due to recent tender success with blue-chip national clients we are currently recruiting for an experienced, process-driven, and ambitious commercial Contract Administrator.
This is an exiting time to join a growing business that has been in operation for over 13 years, currently with a team of 40+ and a large pipeline of confirmed projects into 2027.

Requirements:
- BSc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar industry relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated ability managing AS Contracts on commercial building or fitout proejcts over $5m
- Process driven individual with very strong organisational skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsand sub-contractors
- Excellent knowledge of Australian Buildings Standards & AS Contracts
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizens only
