- Team comprises 3 x PM’s, 4 x CA’s, 3 x PCs – you will slot in under one the PM’s
- Genuine opportunity to progress to PM if you desire, equally they value career CA’s.
- Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent, coupled with several years experience locally as a PC or CA on commercial construction projects
- Good knowledge of building codes and buildability
- Experience with financial reporting software within the construction - Cheops would be ideal
