- Prominent Tier 3 Builder with a fantastic project portfolio of high spec builds for diverse government, institutional, aged care and commercial clientele
- Upcoming projects to the value of $20m

- Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
- A track record working within a head contractor in the Australian construction market on commercial build projects
- Good knowledge of building codes and buildability
- Experience with Procore would be ideal, but not essential
