The Requirements:
- BSc in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar industry relevant qualification
- Experience with Australian Standard contracts essential
- Proven ability to scope & let commercial trade packages, manage variations, progress claims both upstream and downstream.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship building skills.
