The Role:
Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end commercial management of multiple construction projects, typically ranging from $5m to $25M.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
- Contract management and administration
- Cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting
- Managing progress claims, variations and RFI registers
- Supporting project reporting and stakeholder communication
About You:
- BSc Construction Management or related industry qualification
- 2–5 years' experience as a CA with a commercial builder in Australia
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Experience working with Procore or CHEOPS advantageous
- Full working rights in Australia
- Currently located in Perth or plans to relocate withing 2-4 weeks
