- #2 – Builder/Developer - Commercial, Industrial and Retail Specialist – SE Location – Projects to $50m
- #3 - Commercial Builder - North Melbourne - Diverse new build and refurb/fitout projects to $10m
- Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record at CA or PC level within the commercial construction sector with a head contractor is essential - up to 3+ yrs experience for the intermediate roles, 8+ yrs for the senior role
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with subcontractors for mutually beneficial outcomes
- A degree qualification in Construction Management or equivalent
- Proven ability to utlise cost management softward such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or similar
