We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a multi award-winning builder specialising in high-end, architecturally designed custom homes ranging from $1M to $7M.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly supportive team, delivering exceptional homes while managing a select portfolio of just two projects at a time . You will play a key role in guiding clients through the journey of building their dream homes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, communication, and attention to detail.
The Role
- Manage and oversee luxury custom home projects from start to completion
- Deliver high-quality architecturally designed homes with precision and care
- Work closely with homeowners, providing exceptional communication and service
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and project timelines
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards
- Projects located North & West of the River
- Proven experience delivering custom or high-end residential homes locally
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Passion for architecturally designed homes and challenging builds
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities
