The business, based in West Melbourne, works closely with Tier 1 contractors, developers and authorities, with a strong pipeline of projects secured. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join the team and play a key role in the next stage of the business.
The Role
- Lead and oversee multiple projects and project teams.
- Take ownership of project delivery, programme, cost, quality and safety.
- Manage subcontractors, clients, Tier 1 contractors and authorities.
- Provide strong leadership and direction across a sizeable team.
- Drive accountability and ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Work closely with senior management on project performance and business growth.
About You
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- Genuine leadership capability and experience managing sizeable teams.
- Strong project management discipline and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced project delivery environment.
- Civil, data centre, underground power or utilities experience highly regarded.
- Experience working as a subcontractor to Tier 1 contractors or authorities highly regarded.
