Reporting to senior project leadership, you will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering works to program and quality standards. Projects typically involve concrete structures, pavements, drainage and civil infrastructure works.

Requirements:
- Proven Site Manager / Supervisor experience in civil construction
- Strong concrete works experience (structures, pavements, slabs)
- Ability to manage crews, subcontractors and site programs
- Solid understanding of safety and quality requirements

- $130k – $150k + super
