We are seeking a qualified and experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our team, working across minor commercial projects in the educational, aged care, and government sectors. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership on-site and the ability to deliver quality finishes while managing small teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate site activities on small-to-medium commercial projects
Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and project timelines
Carry out high-quality carpentry work including framing, fix-outs, and fit-offs
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site managers to maintain smooth workflows

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years post-qualification carpentry experience
Carpentry trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent)
Proven experience on commercial job sites (education, aged care, government preferred)
Own vehicle and tools
Valid White Card
Clean National Police Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (2 doses minimum)
